Sounds like you got a denali that had been banged around in shipping. I replied to you post about the Bike. I would call the place where you bought it and have it replaced, all so if the frame is damaged then call Kent. The frame has a life time warranty on it. Sorry you got a bad one. But really sound like it was damaged in shipping. Not kents fault. was it insured for shipping? Still at least call Kent.
