I could be wrong but you got the tires on the wrong wheels. If you put the rear tire on the rear wheel it might help the climbing. Also the tire you have the rear wheel is directional and you have it on backwards. Maybe this is your preference, but the tires are designed for a certain purpose and using them as designed will help all around.
