Thanks for the advice. I got lock laces, and my transitions haven't been tto bad. I got a good dinner, calmed down a bit and am about to head to bed for a 6am wakeup. Guess I am as ready as I will ever be. I'll let you guys know tomorrow evening after a nice nap

Two pieces of advice - buy yankz for your sneakers, much quicker to put them on, rush through the first transition, it took me 5 minutes and it felt like 2 so try and do it quicker.
