smaller size frames, say 48-52, often have not much difference between road and track, specially lugged steel bikes from 90's have pretty tight geo's and fairy high BB due to minimum head tube length needed for lugs. my road conversion is size50 pinarello with 945mm wheel base, with about 65mm BB drop.
