While I'll grant that that's some absolutely remarkable craftsmanship, I don't know that I can say "hands down". For one thing I don't think those are all lug, they're too long. I suspect that additional metal filigree has been laid down separately and blended in with the lug.

On the other hand... http://www.hetchins.org/501oak.htm & http://www.hetchins.org/504a.htm are pretty phenomenal in their own right.
