A red and white igloo cooler laying on it's side. It was pretty banged up and looked as if it had fallen out of or off of a vehicle and tumbled quite a distance. As I pulled up to it and sat it upright, I could hear ice and water sloshing about. On both sides of the igloo were stickers that read " BIOHAZARD ".
It was with quite a bit of trepidation that I opened that cooler. Inside was a plastic bag containing a severed, human big toe.
