My brother has my '06 Felt f 90, today the rear derailure got sucked into the spokes and broke the hanger. He tells me he was in the middle of the cassette and heard some noises and looked down to find the derailure in the spokes. My theorey is that a spoke broke, it happens frequently on this wheel, and grabbed the derailure which pulled it into the spokes.My question is, does anyone know if another brand of hanger will work? As there are no Felt dealers around hear and my brother was going to take it on vacation with him.he is leaving on Tuesday.
I dont really care how it happened just solong as we can find a replacement hanger. are they standard shapes? and sizes?
And Yes, I am going to respoke the drive side of this wheel, so no more funny buisness
