thanks for the tips. After some research and thinking over I am likely going with the windsor clockwork. I figure since I'll be riding a lot to run my dog (necessary to drain her superflous energy), I need something with a safety net for me and my dog, freewheel and breaks. And it just seems like a decent bike for the price.

My size is 5'8" with 30 inseam so I believe a 52mm would be ok right? I had a question about that actually. I noticed a lot of people seem to get smaller bikes then what seems their recommended sizes according to charts I've seen, and they pull up their saddles really high? is that more for freestyle stuff? I figure I won't be doing that, but later if I find interest in it would going smaller like a 49mm be a good idea. And if a bikes a tad bit too small what are disadvantages? many questions I know...
