I've tried to request a particular model of rental vehicle from the major rental companies in the past and have rarely been successful. They only rent by vehicle class, so you usually don't know what you're going to get until you show up. Any of the small crossover SUVs you mentioned should work OK for 2 people + 2 bikes, although the Kia is a bit smaller than the others- I just tested the Hyundai Tucson, which is basically the same as the Sportage.
