Hi all.
I'm fixing up my Rockhopper, and, not sure of the tech terms, but the cassette hub needs replacing I guess. The crank just spins. Is it a big job to do this? The cassette gears themselves look fine, just the free hub (?). How can I size this? Do I need to place the entire hub, or just the inside? Never done this before obviously.
Also, the middle chainring is totaly destroyed. So thats 2 items to replace. Should I replace the chain at the same time? Or...?
