Sounds familar

I ran cross country and track in high school, then started smoking in college and quit running. Spent the next 18 years smoking and mostly not exercising except for a few periods when I cycled for a few months. Quit smoking 7 years ago and started running and working out with weights. Started bike commuting 3 years ago. I quit smoking when my oldest son turned 2 years old, I decided I wanted to live long enough to see him grow up.
I'm 43, have 3 little kids at home, my commute is 20 miles round trip and I do it 2 days per week. Two to three times a month I get in a weekend ride too.
