I'm not necessarily looking for something to replace my Selle SMP Stratos, I've just always been curious about the full carbon saddles. No padding is just so counter intuitive.

Yeah OP you should find that shape is much more important than padding. You should have more than enough padding in your chamois.
Perhaps, I think I'll give it a couple of long rides and see what happens. Nothing like an experiment
