Here's the answer: find a shop that sponsors a team with Cannondale bikes. Have them include a frame for you with the team order. This is the time of year that shops are talking to the bike reps about this stuff, so do it soon. If they are uneasy doing it, thinking that you just want a cheap frameset via the groupbuy, then tell them you are willing to pay the standard price.
