Sorry, I only know a little Mandarin and they are speaking way too fast for me to catch it all. The bike is called xiu xian che. Mr.Wang (yeah, I know that really helps but that's all I could get) is the maker. They posted a website but it is dead. I think it is a website for the show, which is kind of a Big Idea knockoff. Don't know if this helps at all but since I watched 10 minutes of it, I thought I'd post what I could understand.
