Bikes: too many, not enough: all types from road, mtb, track

i just picked this up. so just started working on it. so far the only paint i've removed was really shoddy work on the bottom of the forks, bottom bracket, and drop outs - but it appears that it was originally covered in a light colored paint. I don't know when it was removed. Other than remove paint, I haven't done anything but put cranks and chain ring on it to see how it rides.
