Its not even about that, my friends do it too almost as if you can't ride a fixed gear unless you have some sort of "Statement" outfit or clever cycling hat or sweet shirt you scored at a thrift shop that looks vintage.

None of those people are wearing those outfits cause they just happen to wear that, its meticulously planned to look like that because obviously they think the "Scene" requires them to wear those clothes because of the type of bike they happen to ride. I'm making a generalization here cause I don't believe ALL of those people pictured are like that, just the ones that feed the stereotypical hipster we've all come to know and hate around these parts.
