youre not in FC though are you?

it doesnt surprise me at all that they lack quality control. i think we owe our good store to a great manager whos hired good folks, i can see it going the other way, and the corporation nto really caring much.

but seriously at most of the big shops i have first hand stories about ordering a part (or a bike) and the shop just forgetting to place the order and having to go in twice a week for a month to get them to order it. and thats AFTER paying for it.

one store here i ordered a bike for my kids birthday, a month out, told them it was time sensitive, got assurance it would be there, and then went to pick it up the day before and they'd jsut forgot to place the order.

another flaked on ordering me a gruppo i paid for (wanted to swap out 105 for rival on a new bike), then after three weeks of badgering them to order it, they finally did, and then charged me 80 bucks for a deep clean of the parts i was swapping out cuz i'd ridden them once while waiting for the new stuff.

i can go on.
