The answer is 1.375x24tpi is identical to 1.37x24tpi, it's just a round off difference in nomenclature.

Sorry to disappoint you but possibly the 23 people who read the OP didn't know the correct answer and didn't want to guess. Freewheels aren't that common anymore so their threading isn't nearly as well known as it used to be.
