Speaking of ads and zoom-zoom, how 'bout the "Courage for Your Head Campaign" from Bell Helmets featuring all sorts of situations where the thought of a bicycle helmet providing real "protection" in zoom zoom scenarios is ridiculous. The real joke is on those who actually believe that a bicycle helmet provides much better protection in a bicycle-car collision.
The Yukon's WCB (worker's comp) has a similar campaign aimed at all such "dangerous human behaviours" called "Where's your stupid line", a series of posters displaying the dangers of life (skiing, cycling, kayaking, etc) and how we need to protect ourselves against them, lest we lose work productivity
The cycling one is aimed at helmet use obviously, which is mandatory for all ages in the Whitehorse since 2003, but is not too stiffly enforced, especially not for kids, oddly enough...
