HEY...
I just purchased a used surly steamroller frame off CL(yeah i know..risky..) anyways.. The frame
came with a chris king headset, which i thought he told me was going to be taken off, before the
frame was sold. HE then also threw in a thomson seatpost and some italian red seat.. I paid only 120
american dollars.. When i got home i researched the seatpost and headset. New the king headset
somewhere around 120 to 140, and the seatpost is almost 100, and the Surly steamroller frame is
around 300 to 400 depending on the seller site. I think i got a bargain. But time will tell if this was
a good investment. I was wondering what crankset I should go with. I want quiet and durable. Also
Im not sure what size bottom bracket i have along with spindle.
