I still manage to drop most e-bike commuters, unless I'm going uphill. It's hard to drop someone doing 20mph up a long hill.

I encountered a clown (not really a clown with big floppy shoes and such... really I guess more of a goofball) riding one of these things a couple months back. He ran a stop sign at full speed nearly taking me out; I guess he figured he'd get a good laugh out of it..... until I pulled up along side him and asked if he was in a hurry..... he didn't say much after that.
