Check with the local shops and ask for local clubs as well. You may be able to get a local clubs kit for a great price and have something few in the states have.
A friend lived in Belgium for 5 years and bought some great thermal jackets, etc. for me from local clubs. I did not want Pro stuff...that is fairly easy to find. I wanted small club stuff especially in Flemish and that is what I got. It always gets questions, etc. when I wear it when riding with a group, etc.
