Where did it go? I hit up the website yesterday and then again after 5 o'clock and the format had changed. I no longer see any S-Works models on any of their bikes. Did they drop the line altogether or is the site still in mid-transition?
Not that I could ever afford, or really need, an S-Works model, but I'm curious.
What was the major difference anyhow? Were they just better groupsets that they are now offering on the individual models themselves or what?
If you are a decent negotiator, you can get a S-Works frame (arguably one of the best in the world) for not THAT much money. Then upgrade groupsets, wheels and components over time.
It's not like you HAVE to buy the whole bike at once.
