I have their Windblock Bib Tight. They're good to about freezing. I know you're asking about other models, but at least it gives you an idea. BTW, I spray the windblock stuff with Camp-Dry and then they're water-resistant too.

I have these bib tights from Endura for below freezing. For me, they're good to the single-digits before I have to add a baselayer.

On both, the size runs a touch small, especially in the calves and quads area. Medium would fit my waist, but I couldn't get them up over my quads.
