You should ask for what you feel is fair. You say the shifters were badly scratched and that the seat was ripped. All that scratching and ripping is damage, and it's reasonable to ask for compensation.
The lady who hit you would probably prefer that the accident go unreported. The cost of shifters is trivial compared to the fallout to her driving record and insurance rates should you report the accident and she be found at fault.
And if you do contact her insurance company, they will be thinking that a set of shifters is a bargain compared to even one hour of an attorney's time.
No need to gouge the lady, but do ask for what you feel is fair.
