That's what the rep said. Looking at the website the 2009 and 2010 Pro SL are the same 10r carbon. The SL2 used 11r so that would be the difference. The SL3 replaced the SL2 using the 11r carbon. So technically there is no SL2 like there was last year but the Pro SL is the same as last year.
Yeah, that's what it seems. I like my SL2 and from what I've heard there's not much difference between the 2 and 3 except some weight...
Probably next year we will see either the Pro SL take the SL3 mold or use the 11r carbon. I'm not basing that on any information, just past trends.
