Welcome Mojoride and congrats on the Peugeot. From the picture you posted, it looks like you found a bike if fairly good condition.

As far as tires and tubes, check out Niagara Cycle at: http://www.niagaracycle.com/index.php. Their prices are very hard to beat, but you should also check pricing at your local bike shop.

I have a couple of early 70's Peugeots as well, a UO-08 and a UO-18 Mixte, but neither one is in the shape yours is in. They'll need quite a bit of work to get them back to the way they should be.
