Welcome to Bike Forums! Nice Peugeot UO8! I would have said 1976, but I believe there was a transition from older to newer decals around 1975 to 1976, and John is very knowledgeable. I use Continental Ultra Sport 27x1-1/4 tires on my ~1975 UE18, and would recommend these. They run about $20 per tire. You will find a fair amount information on the UO8 on my website.
