I just got my new 2009 Giant Defy Advanced 3. Carbon. 105/ultegra. So excited. I came home today, and my mom threw away my circa '82 Lotus. (I'm 16 (Edited as my birthday was monday. I forget )). Her explanation? You only need two bikes (the new one and my mountain bike). I paid for the new one, not her. I paid for the Lotus, not her. I just put new tires on it. Cyclone drivetrain. She said it's old and crappy. The paint job was near flawless.
