Compared to other bikes in their class, there's nothing particularly high-brow about Cervelo pricing.
It's just the new Trek that the real "snobs" look upon with disdain because it's too "common." In that sense, buying one to impress anyone is sort of a contradiction. They're a dime a dozen at triathlons. Might have something to do with that "good bike for the money" thing or whatever...
