It is a cool color though. Yellow is not that common for any NJS frame for some reason.

I checked out the bike and no it doesn't fit me. Too small by 2" so I passed on it. The ding was very small and the frame was in great shape, perfectly straight. It was also chrome under the paint and made of Tange Prestige Pro tubing. A very nice looking and light bike.
I will continue my search for the right frame. Anybody in SoCal interested it's on Orange County CL. It's 21" center to top seat tube.
