I have an older square taper FSA Vero triple crankset (52-42-30). I plan to use it on an old Shogun 300 frame. Does anyone know what width BB will likely work with with this setup? I can't find any specs on the FSA website. I tried a 113mm Shimano UN72 BB, but had problems with the small ring slightly contacting the chainstay. Do you think a 118mm BB would provide enough clearance? It should give ~2.5mm more clearance ([118mm-113mm]/2). Should that be enough?
