Ive got one of those Normandy freewheel tools.
guess its not much help though as I live in Scotland.
If you cant get a remover you can take it to bits to remove it
Those blocks have sprockets screwed on over the bearing face plate. Take the cogs off with chain whips. Then take the bearing face plate off, with a chisel or drift. then it all comes to bits. then clamp the inner in a vice. spin off the wheel.
