Sorry Mr. ape. FWIW I saw the ad on CL, (and left a voice mail) before I checked this thread. I don't know if you buy many bikes on CL but if you ask on BF about a prospective purchase and wait for an answer chances are it will be sold already. BF-ers clued me in on that.

I have called on an ad that was 15 minutes old and missed out and I have also been the first to call and still missed out because someone lived closer and did some arm twisting on the seller.
