Disclaimer: this is my first time EVER buying a bike, and my current bike I got for Christmas, bought from walmart, in 2001.

I found a gorgeous Giant OCR 3 at my local Play It Again Sports for 399. It's got a cats eye computer, a seat-bag, bottle holder, and is very, very clean.

I went to my LBS, and the girl there said that she didn't think that I could attach a rack to the back of an OCR 3 because it didn't have the little screws already there. Is this true? Do I have to drill holes? Is there a way to do it without drilling?

Secondarily, can I put a fender on the back tire? I do plan on riding this rain or shine, and I don't want to get soaked if the road is a little wet.
