Ok so here she is. I'm expecting my fixed cog/lock ring from UPS today. That will be installed by the end of the week.

Also changing this week: The rear brake is gonzo, and the front brake will become a cross lever on the right side. This will mean I'll have to re-wrap the bars too. I'm debating a new saddle...
