Yep...I used leather work gloves and the palm of my hand to get a pair of 4000s'es on my Soul 3.0s...with rim tape (i don't think rim tape made it more difficult...the tube isn't inflated...much). I'd realign the labels on the tires...if it were me.
Someone said putting them in a clothes driver or heating them up first makes it easier...I didn't do that...only talc'ed the tube. Enjoy em!
