Hi pros,

I am fairly new to bike thing, hope you could enlighten me a bit.

Is it alright to use Phil Wood Waterproof Grease for lubricating the metal beads inside the front/rear hub? Or I have to use Phil Wood Tenacious Oil?

Any help is really appreciated .
