My 2009 CAAD 9.7 with full Ultegra weighs 17.6lbs. Once I complete a century- I'm stripping it down and upgrading it with crazy light parts...shooting for 14.9lb TdF weights!
Thats a nice colour and a great weight. So my stock CAAD9-5 is 21 pounds [or so]. Is it that the Ultegra saves so much weight? Or did you change wheels, seat post etc too? I see that the wheels are Mavics?
