on the flats without too much headwind i can reach about the mid-30s for about 20-30 seconds - dropping down to the lower 30s for about a minute. either way it's difficult and i can't imagine going high 30s for any period of time over 30 seconds right now for my physical ability.
i, too, like sprinting -- although now i'm getting back at hammering the short rolling hills in my area so they don't feel like 'climbs' - they feel like hills, haha
