+1 about the fork being bent.

The Motobecane and Peugeot look good to me. I would go for the Motobecane, it looks to be the better option. It looks a little newer since it has vertical dropouts. I noticed his cable length and routing is different for each bike... which would make me curious if he replaced the housings. The Moto does look pretty nice though.
