Sounds like you had a crazy ride there, I have looked around the net and found lots of training recomendations but I would say just ride the bike a few times a week going from a small spin like 25 miles to maybe 50 or so at the end of the week and build up on that then after doing that for awhile then set one week as the century week and make the long ride at the end your century. And be sure to properly fuel your engine before rides during rides and after rides...but really what the hell do I know the longest ride I have done is 95km.
