PADS have toe-in adjustment.
As far as tires, I think 35mm Paselas would do best, although if you want something blingier, V-O has some fancy hand made clinchers that look nice, although they are expensive.
In fact, the V-O cantilevers also look damn nice, although maybe not the Gran Cru, gold and orange might clash.
And I think that bike is an absolute abomination though, and should be given to me for immediate disposal. Please?
