Pics of your current light setup would help. Anyways, one thing to keep in mind when removing light (or lights, if you have a rear light and wish to remove that as well) is to check if your local laws require reflectors after the lights are removed. These usually mount onto same spots and with same hardware as dynamo lights. But not always, which is why pics would help here.
If wiring is inside the frame tubes, I'd probably just leave it there (I don't bother too much with aesthetics of my bikes, so loose wire ends ziptied to frame would not worry me. YMMV.) It's also easier to reconnect the lights if you ever wish to do that.
Depending on how your lights are powered, removing the rest may be more difficult. If you have a bottle dynamo that connects to the tyre sidewall, you just take it off. This may require removing one brake arm. But if you have a hub dynamo (located in the hub of the front wheel), removing it basically means a new front wheel.
