Got out for my first 30s intervals of the year. I guess I did them ok as I almost puked after the last one. I'm really not very good at these, maybe because I almost never do them. You would think I could average more than 700w for 30s. But these are done at about 98% effort in the interest of getting the reps done. Maybe in a one off all out effort I could eek out a bit more. The whole workout was only 11.5 miles in 53 min of riding. Tomorrow I'll do just a short ride with a few high cadence drills to loosen the legs for the long rides this weekend.
