Yup, that's what I do with anything I sell on CL. I always list things for quite a bit more than what I'm ultimately willing to take, and always haggle when I'm buying something.
That said, no one wants to buy my stupid track bike, no matter how much I lower the price. I'm about to put the thing out on the curb, I swear.
