The paintjob is what is so bad about that frame. The orange just jumps out too much and that stem only makes it worse. Those lugs with an all blue frame with a lighter blue luglining would look really nice or even just an all blue frame.
definitely! that bike would look so much better with a silver stem to match the seatpost and the cranks
