Figure $7-10/gallon, 500-700 gallons of race gas (figuring a $5,000 bike)
But its not all gas money. You gotta figure in $250/each tires, replacement parts (crashes happen too in motor sports), entry fees (I'm sure its more than $20-30 race like in bike racing), etc, etc. A lot more expensive than bike racing.
Oh also the truck and trailor to haul your race car or motorcycle
