since your change is so minor, the new speed readings will not be 100% accurate but it all depends on how accurate you want them to be.
if you are really picky and want to know what your exact speed is, definitely remeasure and recalibrate the computer for the new measurement. since it's such a negligible change, however, I personally would leave the computer as-is.
