Biggest deal is that the dust caps were fused in the arms and had to be drilled out. The arms will go on and there's a tiny bit of thread left in each, so a dust cap may or may not go back on. Will hold onto a square taper spindle just fine.

These look a lot like the Nervars on my Schwinn Sports Tourer. Wasn't someone looking for a set of these a little while ago?
